Tis deserves his overdue recognition
IT REALLY does seem incredible that Paul Tisdale has just won his first manager of the month award. You’d imagine that he would have won the award at least a few times in his 11-year reign at Exeter City and he had been nominated ten times previously.
Yet all good things come to those who wait – and Tisdale has finally been acknowledged for his work with the Grecians.
As he says himself, he’d rather be manager of the year than manager of the month, but not many would begrudge him this personal accolade.
