CONOR Grant has thanked Crewe Alexandra manager David Artell for believing in him after completing a loan move from Everton.
The midfielder is yet to appear for the first team at Goodison Park and has had loan spells at Motherwell, Doncaster and Ipswich.
“The manager tried hard to get me and I really appreciate that. It was nice to feel wanted,” said the 22-yearold.
“It wouldn’t have been good for me to play 23s football. I’m excited about the next five months and I cannot wait to get going.”
