A CHANGE in diet is the simple explanation for Tom Miller’s rapid start to the new campaign, and the Carlisle United defender insists there is plenty more to come.
The 27-year-old scored a goal or registered an assist in each of Carlisle’s first four games this season, pushing them into the play-off places ahead of yesterday’s game at Lincoln.
His displays in front of goal may have caught the eye but Miller has been a calm presence in the back four – and more rest, less play, is the secret.
