GARRY Monk is confident Middlesbrough will bring Ryan Shotton to the Riverside from Birmingham.
The 28-year-old defender is on the verge of making the switch but must wait until the St Andrews club find a replacement.
A bid has been accepted and Boro boss Monk is desperate to get the deal over the line.
